We offer a 1-Year Thrive & Survive™ Warranty that provides protection for your tree for 365 days from the date of delivery.
If you plant your tree in the ground within 30 days of delivery, this warranty will cover any issues. The warranty does not cover trees kept in planters or raised beds, but it does cover houseplants, even when kept inside a container.
If your tree falls ill or dies within the warranty period, simply submit a ticket through our website, including photos of the affected tree, and our customer service team will assist you with a replacement.
