If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your plant or shrub upon arrival, please contact us within the first 5 days. Our team is eager to assist to make things right.

One-Year Growth Guarantee

We understand the importance of long-term plant health. That's why we guarantee that your tree or shrub will live for at least one year from the date of delivery. In the rare event your plant doesn't survive despite proper care, we're here to help. We will replace it with a new item of the same value, the only cost to you being the shipping cost of the new plant.

Replacement Policy

If something unexpected happens to your plant within the first year, or if it doesn't emerge from dormancy by May 30th (for deciduous trees shipped dormant in winter or spring), reach out to us. We may request photos to understand and advise on any plant stress due to transit or other factors. Upon review, we'll provide a one-time replacement if necessary. We will only ask you to cover the shipping cost of the the replacement plant.
