Before your tree arrives, dig holes and prepare the soil. This allows you to plant it promptly, helping it quickly acclimate to its new environment. Be sure to read the “How to Plant” guide on the product description page and the card that comes with your order for specific instructions and tips.


How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders if they have not yet entered the fulfillment process. Regrettably, once we fulfill an order, we cannot cancel it.

How do I change my shipping address?

What is your return policy?

We want to make returns as simple as possible for you. If you need to return your order, please send it back to us within 7 days of receiving it. Please note we don’t need to receive it in 7 days, we ask that you send it within 7 days.

While we don’t provide cash refunds, we’ll issue store credit for the full retail price of the returned products, excluding shipping costs and warranty purchases.

We kindly ask that customers cover return shipping costs. If your return is due to an issue with the condition of your order upon arrival, please let us know by submitting a ticket through our website. We’re here to help and ensure your satisfaction.
