How do you ship your trees, shrubs and plants?

We take great care in preparing and packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Our trees are shipped in specially designed grower's containers. Before shipping, we give them a healthy soak of water, then secure the container with a custom cardboard cap and shrinkwrap. This creates a greenhouse effect, keeping the soil moist and stable during transit.

We use custom-designed boxes to protect your trees and ensure they arrive healthy and intact. Depending on your location, USPS ships all orders and typically delivers them within 5-8 business days. To learn more, visit How We Ship.


How can I track my order?

To track your order, simply enter your tracking number in the designated box on the Track Your Order page and click the “Track” button. You can find your tracking number on both your receipt and the confirmation email you received.

If you’re having trouble locating your tracking number, we can help. You can submit a ticket, chat with us, or call our customer service team at (800) 844-5030 for assistance.

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days, and you’ll receive an email with a USPS tracking number once your plants are on their way. Use this tracking number on the Track Your Order page to monitor your order’s journey to your home.


How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders with a final product total of $49 or more.

During checkout, we calculate shipping costs for orders under $49 based on the size and weight of the items. We use live rates from USPS, passing on the discounted rates directly to you without any additional fees.

We determine shipping rates at checkout based on the item's size, weight, and destination. Shipping nationwide from our farm in Georgia, most items ship individually for $10–20, sometimes even less depending on your location.


Do you ship to my state?

We ship to most states within the continental United States. However, certain state agricultural laws may restrict us from shipping specific plants to some states to protect local ecosystems from potential pests and diseases.

If you encounter an issue with a particular plant in your order, it’s likely due to these state-specific restrictions. For detailed information, we recommend contacting your local Agricultural Extension Office or reaching out to us for assistance in selecting suitable plants for your area.

Most of the time, we will prevent you from purchasing an item in a state that forbids imports. If we detect that you are in a restricted location, our website will display a warning. You can also view state restrictions for each item under the Plant Facts section on the product description page.

Do you deliver on weekends?

We do not normally ship orders out on weekends. If the carrier delivers on weekends, you may receive your order on a weekend.

We process and ship most orders within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to track its delivery status on the Track Your Order page.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Typically, it takes between 2-8 business days for your order to arrive after it has been shipped. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days from our East Coast location in Georgia.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a USPS tracking number to track its journey on the Track Your Order page. Please note that delivery times can vary based on your location and any unforeseen shipping delays.


Can I pick up my order?

Currently, we do not offer a pick-up option for orders. We ship all of our trees and shrubs directly from our farm to your home to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.

Can I expedite my shipping?

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options. To ensure safe and secure delivery of your plants, we ship all orders via USPS. Typically, our standard shipping process delivers orders within 2–8 business days of shipment.
